Research shows that nine out of ten read online reviews regularly or occasionally. Eight out of ten trust them as much as a personal recommendation.

Reviews also work fast in decision making. 68 percent form an opinion after reading 1-6 online reviews.

Trustpilot says six out of ten consumers say they will continue to do more research on products that have perfect reviews.

62 percent of consumers tell they will not buy from brands that censor online reviews.

The most popular review platform if Google. This is followed the business’ own website, Yelp and Facebook. Other review platforms include Trustpilot, Booking, AirBnb, TripAdvisor to name few.
